Healthy Body 4 Week Nutrition Series:

These classes are geared towards those who wanting to improve their nutrition, manage their weight, learn about good health naturally, and find answers to their nutrition/diet questions.

Week 1: Nutrition Basics – We cover information about proteins, carbohydrates, and fats as well as about choosing a diet based on whole, unprocessed, REAL food!

Week 2: Fats, Fiber and Cholesterol – This class covers the differences in fats, both good quality and poor quality as well as what everyone should know about fiber, probiotics, and the basics about cholesterol, including HDL and LDL.

Week 3: Weight Loss, Sugar and Salt – This class is all about keeping your weight steady, naturally increasing metabolism, paying attention to your body’s signals, learning about your own unique metabolism, and all about sugar, natural sugars, salt, both unrefined and refined – and how it all affects the body.

Week 4: Nutrition Facts/Labels, Eating on the Run, and Modifying Recipes to fit a healthy lifestyle: This class is about understanding food labels on packages. We will also cover eating healthy on the run and modifying recipes to make them fit a healthy lifestyle.
